Mortgage Closing Signing
Your mortgage closing, at your kitchen table. We bring the closing package to you and walk through it carefully no title office trip required.
Trained to handle the full closing package receiving documents from title, guiding borrowers through every page, executing all notarizations correctly, and returning documents per closing instructions.
What separates a certified signing agent from a general notary
Mortgage closings used to mean taking a half-day off to sit in a title office. Mobile closing signings changed that: the package comes to you, the appointment fits your schedule, and the signing happens where you are comfortable. NotaryCincy conducts mobile mortgage closings throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky.
Accuracy is the entire job. A mortgage package runs 100+ pages with dozens of signature points, and lenders reject packages for a single missed initial. We work from the title company’s instructions, double-check every page before leaving the table, and hit the scanback and shipping deadlines that keep your funding date intact.

Mortgage Closing Signing frequently asked questions
How long does a mortgage closing signing take?
Plan on 45–60 minutes for a standard package. Two borrowers, POA signings, or seller documents in the same sitting add time. We never rush a closing.
Can you explain my interest rate or fees at the table?
No signing agents identify documents but cannot explain loan terms. Get term questions answered by your loan officer before signing day so the appointment goes smoothly.
What if I find an error in the documents at signing?
We stop, call the title company or lender from the table, and follow their instructions. Sometimes a corrected page is sent within minutes; sometimes the signing reschedules. Either way, nothing gets signed wrong.
Can both spouses sign at different times?
Sometimes the package allows split signings; the lender decides. Tell your title company early and we will accommodate two appointments when approved.
