Purchase Closing Signing
Buying a home is the biggest signing of most people’s lives. We make the purchase package calm, accurate, and on time so you get the keys on schedule.
Trained to handle the full closing package receiving documents from title, guiding borrowers through every page, executing all notarizations correctly, and returning documents per closing instructions.
What separates a certified signing agent from a general notary
Purchase closings carry the most pressure of any signing: movers are booked, the seller’s timeline is locked, and funding must happen for keys to change hands. A signing error on Thursday can push possession past the weekend. NotaryCincy conducts buyer-side purchase signings across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky with that pressure fully in mind.
Purchase packages also have the most moving parts lender documents, title documents, government disclosures, and often a cashier’s check or wire confirmation due at the table. We coordinate with the title company beforehand, verify what you need to bring, and run the appointment so the package returns clean and funding is never the holdup.

Purchase Closing Signing frequently asked questions
When in the purchase process does the signing happen?
After clear-to-close, usually one to three days before funding and possession. Your lender and title company set the window; we make the appointment fit your life within it.
I am a first-time buyer. Will you walk me through what I am signing?
We identify every document and where it fits in the closing clearly and without rushing. Questions about your rate, payment, or terms belong to your loan officer before signing day.
Can my co-borrower sign by power of attorney?
Only with advance lender approval and a lender-accepted POA. Arrange it with your loan officer early it cannot be improvised at the table.
What happens if the signing runs past the wire cutoff?
We schedule with funding cutoffs in mind and prioritize scanbacks so the title company can move immediately. Tell us the funding deadline when booking and we build the timeline backward from it.
