Refinance Signing
Refinancing should not cost you a day off. Evening and at-home refinance signings, with the rescission paperwork dated correctly the first time.
Trained to handle the full closing package receiving documents from title, guiding borrowers through every page, executing all notarizations correctly, and returning documents per closing instructions.
What separates a certified signing agent from a general notary
Refinance signings are the bread and butter of mobile closing work and the right of rescission is their signature detail. Owner-occupied refis give borrowers three business days to cancel, and a misdated rescission notice forces a complete re-sign. NotaryCincy executes refinance packages across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky with rescission dates calculated and confirmed at the table.
Refis are also where rate locks create urgency: when docs are out and the lock expires Friday, the signing has to happen now. We take same-day and evening refi signings when the schedule permits, print e-docs fast, and return packages on the lender’s clock.

Refinance Signing frequently asked questions
What is the right of rescission?
A federal cooling-off period on owner-occupied refinances: three business days after signing to cancel. The dates on your rescission notice must be calculated correctly we verify them at the table because an error there forces a full re-sign.
Why is my refi funding three days after signing?
That is the rescission period running. Funds disburse after it expires typically the fourth business day. Purchase loans and investment properties are not subject to it.
My rate lock expires tomorrow. Can you sign tonight?
When availability allows, yes urgent refi signings with e-docs can come together within hours. Call (513) 437-1915 the moment your lender releases documents.
Do both spouses sign even if only one is on the loan?
Often yes a non-borrowing spouse may still sign the mortgage, rescission, and certain disclosures due to property rights. Your lender’s instructions control; we make sure every required signature is captured.
