Shipping Assistance
The notarization is done now the document has to get somewhere. We help with packaging, drop-off, and tracking so signed originals arrive where they must.
Apostille and authentication rules differ by document type, issuing state, and receiving country. Always confirm what the foreign agency or institution requires before submitting documents to any government office.
How apostilles and document authentication work in Ohio
Plenty of notarized documents have a destination: loan packages return to title companies, court documents go to clerks, apostille submissions travel to the Secretary of State, and international paperwork crosses oceans. The last mile is where originals get lost or delayed. NotaryCincy offers shipping assistance as the natural finish to mobile appointments across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky.
How it works: you provide the shipping label and postage, and we package and drop off your documents with tracking shared back to you. Prefer completely hands-off? We can handle the shipping ourselves for an additional $30 fee. Either way, the executed originals leave the signing already moving toward their destination.

Shipping Assistance frequently asked questions
Do I have to provide my own shipping label?
That is the standard arrangement you provide the label or postage, and we are happy to walk you through creating one. If you would rather not deal with it, we handle shipping for an additional $30 fee.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes international shipping can be arranged for apostilled and legalized documents headed abroad. Customs forms and country-specific requirements add steps, so flag international destinations at booking.
When does the document actually get dropped off?
Promptly after the signing same-day drop-off where carrier hours allow. Overnight deadlines are planned into the appointment time from the start.
What if the package needs to arrive by a hard date?
Tell us the date and we will plan the signing time, service level, and drop-off around it. Carrier performance is the carrier’s, but everything within our control is sequenced for the deadline.
